Building Owners and Management Association of New York (BOMA) The BOMA Foundation is dedicated to advancing real estate performance and public understanding of the commercial real estate industry through research, education and the dissemination of information.

New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) is a federally regulated, nonprofit corporation established to facilitate the restructuring of New York’s electric industry. NYISO operates the state’s high-voltage electric transmission system and administers the state’s wholesale energy markets.

Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) is the industry's leading trade association and a significant force in New York's civic life. The Board operates in the world's largest, most important property market to help its members' businesses to grow, to enhance the industry's professionalism and to make New York more attractive to investors, employers and residents.

Electricity Consumers Resource Council (ELCON) is the national association of large industrial users of electricity from virtually every manufacturing sector. ELCON and its members seek a reliable supply of electricity at competitive prices and have long supported federal and states efforts to achieve that objective.

Independent Systems Operator - New England (ISO-NE) helps protect the health of New England’s economy and the well-being of its people, by ensuring the constant availability of electricity today and for the future generations.

Peak Load Management Alliance (PLMA) is a diverse association of leading energy professionals dedicated to developing and promoting consumer participation in electricity markets around the world using load management.

Association for a Better New York (ABNY) is New York’s premier civic organization. ABNY brings together leaders from the city’s diverse sectors for the common goals of making New York a better place to live, work and visit.

New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) is made up of independent power producers, transmission companies, power marketers, load serving entities, distribution companies, large end users, and other parties with vested interests and concerns with the wholesale electric markets in New England.

New York Energy Consumers Council (NYECC) is the largest energy customer advocacy organization in New York State. NYECC works to minimize electric, gas and steam rates, pushes for the competition needed to get the best energy pricing, and works to expand incentive programs for energy efficiency and economic development programs.

California Energy Commission's (CEC) mission is to assess, advocate and act through public/private partnerships to improve energy systems that promote a strong economy and a healthy environment.

Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) is an environmental action group supported by 1.2 million members and activists. NRDC’s mission is to safeguard the earth: its people, its plants and animals, and the natural systems on which all life depends.

The New York Industrial Retention Network (NYIRN) is a city-wide not-for-profit organization that seeks to promote a diverse economy that provides economic opportunities for all New Yorkers by strengthening New York City's manufacturing sector, based on principles of economic and environmental justice and sustainability. NYIRN is committed to an open and inclusive process that brings labor, community, business and government together to address policy issues, develop programs and deliver services.

The Environmental Business Association of New York State, Inc (EBA/NYS) assists in policy development that both protects the environment and promotes a strong economy. EBA/NYS is the voice of New York State’s Environmental Business Community coordinating effective partnerships among environmental businesses and with other business, research, government, and not-for-profit organization.

PJM Interconnection is a regional transmission organization (RTO) that plays a vital role in the U.S. electric system, working to perfect the flow of energy. PJM ensures the reliability of the largest centrally dispatched control area in North America by coordinating the movement of electricity in all or parts of Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
